§1 General Provisions
The online store offers digital services on the Discord server.

The settlement currency in the store is Polish Zloty (PLN).
§2 Services and Fulfilment
The store conducts automated sales of digital services.
The service delivery process is automated and is carried out immediately after the payment is credited (typically within 2 minutes).
§3 Payments and Receipts
Payments are handled by external operators: Stripe, PayPal, and systems supporting cryptocurrencies (BTC, LTC).
The store generates and stores customer receipts for the purpose of automated transaction processing.
§5 Consent to Performance of Service and No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (equivalent to Art. 38 pt. 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), by accepting these Terms of Service, the User expressly consents to the delivery of digital content (the service) immediately after making the payment.
Checking the checkbox at the time of purchase is equivalent to confirming the above conditions and knowingly waiving the right of withdrawal.
