Refund Policy

Refund Policy

§1 No Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of the products offered (digital content not stored on a physical medium), refunds are not possible after payment has been made.

Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (implemented locally, e.g., UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or Polish Art. 38 pt. 13), the consumer loses the right to withdraw from a distance contract (within 14 days) if performance begins with their express consent before the withdrawal period ends, and after they have been informed that they will lose this right.

By accepting this policy and completing the purchase, the User expressly agrees to the immediate performance of the service (commencement of supply) and acknowledges that they thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund.

§2 Manual Fulfilment & Complaints

If, due to technical reasons (e.g., API error, system failure), the service is not delivered automatically, this shall not constitute grounds for a refund. In such a case, the Administrator undertakes to manually fulfil the service after the User reports the issue.

The User is required to report the failure of automatic service delivery via:

The Administrator shall have [e.g., 48 hours] to manually fulfil the order from the moment the User submits a valid report.

§3 Chargeback Abuse

Any attempt to force a refund (so-called chargeback) through a payment operator (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) or a bank after the service has been correctly delivered, or while awaiting manual fulfilment, shall be treated as fraud and obtaining services by deception.

Such action will result in immediate and permanent termination of access to the Discord server and all associated services, without any possibility of appeal.
